I have made a booking & got a SMS confirmation when do i need to reconfirm?
Once you received a confirmation SMS & you have paid the deposit there is no need to reconfirm with us at any stage.
How do i make a booking?
We only accept bookings made online & we don’t offer bookings over the phone or by any other means.
How do i know when the driver arrives?
Either the driver or our customer support staff will inform VIA a call or SMS.
Do you work on public holidays?
Yes, some of our ground staff / contractors choose to work & the system will allocate jobs to them automatically after you book.

Can i speak to the driver on the same day of my booking?
